For those of you who have met me, or by chance my mom, this is her recipe. She also always forgets that she knows it when it comes to recipe selection these days...
It's super easy to make, and easily tailored to your preference. I recommend using it on things like chicken as a glaze or marinade, as a sweet dressing for salads, as a dip for almost anything...
Prep Time: 5 minutes
1/4 cup Honey
1/2 cup Italian Dressing (or you can make your own)
1 inch Fresh Ginger minced
1-2 Wedges of Lemon
Water - for consistency (optional)
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl with a whisk. Store covered and refrigerated.
Note: If you are using this as a marinade, thin it out with a little extra water so it can soak in.
